I would not have faulted him for one second if he wanted to go pro, even if he didn’t have the blood clot issue. And yet after the decade this program has been through, for someone with such talent and opportunities to risk so much for this University . . .

Mark my words, this guy is the next Tennessee player to go into the pantheon of the greats. Reggie White, Peyton, Al Wilson, Conredge Holloway, Doug Atkins, those kind of guys. I fully expect to see him up on the Jumbotron in my lifetime.

Pure speculation on my part...but I think Moorhead in year 2 showing interest at Rutgers chapped some MSU booster arse.

Leach is an odd fellow, but I don't think he'll do too much to buttheads with his administration. And if he can light up Ole Miss for 50+ the fans will be fully behind his breed of odd.

Fits his profile of previous stops. An under-resourced, remote outpost of a power conference where it’s hard to recruit to. Lubbock, Pullman, Starkville.

One week into this decade and it's been the best damn year in Tennessee football in (17+) years.

Jeremy Pruitt, Phillip Fulmer, this fanbase, and most importantly these kids- these seniors, these young cats- they have laid the groundwork for taking Tennessee back to the level we expected for years. We may not be where we need or want to be just yet, but it's coming. Oh, it is a-comin'!
