The only "currency" I can think that would have mad someone rich recently is crypto. Sad, but man it sounds like those poor folks may have been taken to the ringer.

Do you deal with wealth management at your firm, audit, or mainly taxes?
We handle mostly tax. I have someone that I recommend for wealth management. He is in my building and does a great job. The client who called me is a new client so I really don’t know much about their situation yet or what all they have gotten into. I know enough about finances/investing to be dangerous but I am not expert at all.

Yea it will be really interesting for sure. The good thing is you have one young super star at RB and a damn good Young DJ Moore at WR. So i would say if Herbert or TUA isn’t at 7 then trade.

I’m kind of in the camp where i would trade our of the top 10 every year unless i was in the market for a QB was drafting one.
well, i think you can still get game changers in the top 10, and i've seen more than one mock that has us picking Brown from Auburn for the DL..........i'd be good with that, and i don't know that we'd do THAT much better by trading out of that pick.

but yeah, we have some pieces on offense. we need to still fix the OL, we could always use another WR...i'd like another Funchess type...big target, big catch radius.

we were in the middle of making the switch to a 34 defense this season, so i have no idea what Rhule or his future DC will want to do there, but i have a hunch with LK, they may find it easier to stick with the 43....but who knows, but that decision would probably dictate some defensive picks.

anyway...........................not trying to make the board a panthers discussion, but things sure got a whole lot more interesting here for sure.

No idea yet. It was a quick conversation. Is that a hot currency right now? Or a big scam years ago?

Big scam. Still going on and it started years ago.

Edit: And mostly anyone that invests falls for it, states that it's "just about ready to come due." I hope not for their sake, but with the recent developments/catalysts in the M.E. that's what I'm thinking they're meaning. Usually when something happens over there, the next thing is "they're going to finally release the Dinars...." or something along those lines.

NFL hires almost never make sense to me. they either hire a retread of a coach that has been fired at least once if not twice, or they hire some nobody like this. Why not go after top coaches in college more often, or more top coordinators? I mean heck, I'd hire Joe Brady as head coach before this guy.

I think they are worried about college coaches handling professional players. Dan Mullen is goofy as hell, and I can't imagine him in an NFL locker room. As a Cowboys fan, I was open to Lincoln Riley, but he has had some missteps in play-calling in big situations, has had terrible defenses, and they shouldn't have made the playoffs this year. Recently, there haven't been many college coaches that have made a successful jump. The hot guys have been young coordinators. That said, I wouldn't hire Joe Judge either.

in the NFL it's more about people/personality management than x's and o's. in college, hc's can be a lot more hands on, and let the staff manage the personalities. the HC is "dad".

it takes two different personality types imo. you typically wouldn't see a DB coach get a HC gig in college. but in the NFL Mike Tomlin can go from DB coach to SB winning head coach, simply because of how he manages people and personalities.

it's how Pete Caroll ultimately made the transition from USC to Seattle.....

there are exceptions obviously....but to me, that's the biggest difference.
