Brady may be the greatest system QB ever, but he's not the same guy if he doesn't find that perfect fit.

Peyton pre neck injury makes a great case for top 5. Maybe not GOAT, but in the mix. Post neck injury he was just never the same IMO.

Except basketball isn’t football. Basketball the players play the majority of the game, both offense and defense. Football, the QB is sitting on the bench half the game woth no control over what’s going on on the field. Brady watched his defense shut out the Rams last year. He watched his defense hold the Falcons to 3 second half points. He watched his defense intercept a pass on the goal line against Seattle. He had nothing to do with any of those things. Michael Jordan won multiple offensive and defensive awards. Not even close to the same thing.

There are at least 4 QBs you can name I legit feel are fair names. It’s all personal preference & splitting hairs between those 4-6 QBs at the top tier.

Changing subjects for the moment, I want to know how some teams are oversigning this year? Especially the Gators with all the transfers they've gotten. How the hell are numbers getting manipulated to allow it, and can we do it too?

That’s because most fans think that rings equals goat in football. My argument is that is a dumb way of determining who the best QB is. Take Peyton out of it. Rings do not determine the best QB of all time. I’d take Manning, Marino, Elway, Brees, and Rodgers over Brady. Put Brady on the Browns, the Lions, or Peyton’s no defense colts and how many rings does he have?

Again, it is very telling that he missed a season and the Patriots won 11 games that year. Peyton missed a season and the colts won 2.
