I took my wife and 13 year old to the game and, with 10 min left in the 4th quarter, JG basically fell down and sacked himself. The ensuing punt was terrible and hit one of our own players. I turned to my daughter and apologized because every UT football and b-ball game I’ve taken her to so far has ended terribly.
And, then it happened - we beat 0-471 odds and staged a 14 point comeback in about five minutes, with a wobbly, struggling JG leading it.
if that doesn’t tell you that something is fundamentally DIFFERENT about the start to the decade, I can’t explain it.
The last ten years would’ve seen us lose that game in that 4thQ scenario 10/10 times. But not this team- this team KNOWS HOW TO “Put on more steam”. And that, folks, is how you start climbing out of the dumpster and start punching people in the face who are used to bullying you.
We coming ...
Bluegrasser building a wall for me to run through!!!

Taking the VQ article's names, who you guys want?

Jay Graham
Brian McClendon
Montario Hardesty at Charlotte,
Tennessee staffer Joe Osovet
Des Kitchings of NC State.
Pruitt could also elect to move someone on his current staff to coach running backs like Brian Niedermeyer and then hire someone to fill that spot.
Gruden is coming----he's not happy in the NFL. I heard it through the grapevine

Didn’t get a chance to watch the game, but how did Vescovi look?
For the first game and only being on campus for a week, I thought he looked good. He's a scorer and is going to get a high number of assist. He had some bad turnovers today, but that's expected. I think he's going to be special.

Had to laugh as I was rewatching post game interview with Pruitt where he was bragging on all the Vol faithful staying the entire game. I thought not quite, Catbone..
I went to work the next morning and my boss said "well this year was better than last, just hate they lost" I said you went to bed early didn't you? He still didn't know they had won.

I think that happens quite a bit and is rarely noticed. I think they were gonna qb sneak it for the win and the line was just trying to steal a half yard pre snap figuring nobody would notice with how fast they were gonna snap it.

I've frequently seen a center move the ball a half yard and wonder why it's never called. Of course, what we did was a little beyond what I'm talking about.

Titans O-line is crushing their faces!
