Who’s to say Osovet isn’t an incredible recruiter. None of us know

Everyone panned Nieds when he was hired without experience

You said Development was more important.

It’s not. Not at this level. Not where we want to go.

Both are equally important. And I would even give a slight edge to Recruiting.

I do think development is more important by a good bit...I also agree that to be elite..to be more than a good solid team..you have to recruit jimmies and joes...I just do not believe we aren't getting them already. When Pruitt starts dominating the middle tier while showing great development..more of the truly ready for college Henry T types will come.

There will be no chicken before the egg with this rebuild...it just isn't going to happen, and bitching that Pruitt and Co can't recruit isn't helping...besides being an obviously stupid accusation to begin with.(Not saying you are implying this)

We are going to have to do it the hard way because of the ineptitude of the previous decade.


So at this point development is more important...but so is getting solid to great classes.(already doing that)

I am very encouraged with the results of the season and the bowl game. The team is reflecting the grit and determination of the head coach, and I think Tennessee will break out next year with at least one big win over a good opponent . . . (hopefully FL or Bama)

Quarterback position is going to HAVE to improve. Hopefully someone will stand out above all the rest.

Now, Hankleberry, you know my view, outlook, and life revolves around the Tennessee Volunteers Orange. Games and talent only matter in how they relate that. I love you anyway, but you should know you're probably wasting your time trying to conform me at this late stage.

Yes....definitely.....there are several steps. We may skip one, but we won't skip several. Panic and complaints won't change it.
