Never said anything about moxie...wrong guy...but accuracy is a very real stat and is becoming more and more involved in evaluating QBs in the NFL...

Similar when OPS starting baseball leading to more advanced stats..

How many drops did Rodger’s receivers commit this season? And what was the adjustment accuracy %? We’ll wait.

Count how many posts I have about Arik Gilbert’s drops. There’s an aside and then there’s blatant narrative. It’s both silly and pathetic that a professional like yourself debases his credibility over player worship.

24 drops....and im not paying for the website cuz i to follow NFL. But nextgen stats doea show an xcomp(expected competition) that is 2% higher then completion so that takes into account drops

I’m not sure where you’re coming up with “adjusted” anything. He was 25% unprepared and 52% prepared. That’s as far as I’ve went.

So do his receivers get suckability ratings? What about when a DB rips a ball out of the receivers hands and it’s credited as an interception? Always thought that was unfair, but then again so is life. We’re down to analyzing how prepared and satisfied with their lives QBs were before they throw passes. 😴

There’s fair criticism and then there’s unfair. My “narrative” is defending UNFAIR criticism. Find one post from someone FAIRLY criticizing Maurer and you won’t find any arguments from me. Should I wait?

I understand that. That’s the point! When someone is criticizing a kid for accuracy issues but the truth is a lot of what you just said it becomes a slanted stat. That’s my entire point. It has nothing to do with who it is.

Apologist accuracy percentage is a thing. When JG’s stats say he’s sucking (like in this game)...that’s what’s happening. Maurer throws two red zone ints? They’re ill conceived interceptions. Personal accountability is an antiquated concept for you.
