I’m hoping the Cowboys hire Riley. There’s been a little Urban Meyer smoke but I have a hard time believing he’d take that job unless Jones allowed him to have full control. I don’t think those two could work together.

I'll give Jerry some credit, he gave Campo a full 3 seasons before letting him go. Even Gailey got 2 as well.

Cleveland though...boy oh boy wtf are they doing?

You know the last Cleveland coach to finish a 3 season tenure was Romeo Crennel, over a decade ago...

I believe they go after Reilly. Which only helps us since the Sooners will have to be looking for a new coach going into the off season and all the good candidates are already taken anyway. It’d be nice to see them stub their toe and us capitalize on it with a win in Norman next season. They’d probably have a crap load trying to transfer if Lincoln gets gone.

Cleveland had it's best season in years. I think expectations were too high.

Yeah, Bailey was at Hillgrove in the middle school and transferred to Marietta before his FR year and his family then moved into the city. From what I have always been told, Hllgrove was going to start their SR QB regardless of how good Bailey was and he was not going to get a chance to win the job so they moved to Marietta. Hillgrove would have probably had a state title in that time had he stayed.

So where do we see the BasketVOLS going the rest of this season?

8-4 before conference play is not a horrible spot, but not a great spot either. Really should/could have been 10-2...

I would like to see them over 500, that's a fair/realistic goal...win 8 or more in conference. But man, it's going to be a rough year unless something clicks for a few of these freshmen.

It’s crazy but kitchens should’ve never been hired. He did a good job as OC late last year but there was too much drama and ego on that team for a new coach like him. Needed someone who could control that locker room. They should hire Ron rivers but Washington is beating them to it.
