I don’t know maybe it’s the constant hints without really saying anything as if the World is waiting with bated breath for his decision. He doesn’t like the spot light though, right? It’s one thing to be a great athlete but it’s quite another to act as though you are protecting the nuclear launch codes for the US with his signing. He wanted the spot light for an additional two weeks following the ESP because he knew fans would be talking about it if he signed with someone but didn’t say who it was. He isn’t “owed” anything

So last night I'm hanging out at a local brewery here in Oregon when a buddy of mine (Duck fan of course but from Las Vegas) says congrats on landing DW. I asked why he said that and he said it was well known there in Vegas that he signed with TN. I said no one except his family and coaches knows where he signed. He stuck his hand out and said I'll bet you 100 bucks. He may be full of crap but he was willing to bet me on it.
