Orson Charles, Randy McMichael, Martrez Milner, Arthur Lynch plus the two you mentioned in the last 10 years or so in the league. Woerner is projected as a NFL pick as well.
Old timers will remember Clarence Kay and Troy Sadowski of the Falcons,
It's no one's fault if we don't get the guy. Certainly not AV's. It sounds like we have given it our best shot, maybe it yet pans out, but if AV is constantly lied to doesn't that diminish the credibility of his information. Anyway, I am saying no more but I note this latest round of discussion on the subject was started by posters making preemptive defenses of AV. Toodles.
This is 100% accurate. Ive never called anything in advance of Callahan. Never. Not once.
Except this year. When I called Bailey 3 months before he picked UT. Or Baron who I called back before the Summer. Called Whitehead a few months ago. And Omari Thomas. And that Joseph kid. Also Slaughter.
And then last year when I called Wright and Crouch about 6 months before Callahan. And the Gray flip from Michigan. Aaron Beasley.
And also one post in particular that I was flamed for when I said the 8 kids everyone was sure we were getting but I knew we werent and then magically we didnt.
But yes I always follow up Callahan who waits until the day before to make a prediction. Good catch.
BUT BUT BUT AV isnt perfect because he cant make all these 18 yr olds quit lying bla bla bla Ga State bla bla mouth breathers unite bla bla bla toodles.... unfrozen prollyLook at what VQ is now saying happened with Rogers. Exactly what AV told us (handler got involved) several months prior to today.
The premise that a program, and not coaches put people in the league is the most flawed line of thinking I have ever seen. UT has put plenty of players in the league, so has UGA. Offensively, Chaney has a boatload of players that play on Sunday. Coley, not so much.Man I’m talking rostered players not retired guys and free agents.
TENNESSEE
The Vols finished with a bang over the week-plus leading up to the Signing Period, adding a total of eight commits and signing all of them on Wednesday. The group was highlighted by a pair of Rivals250 in-state defensive linemen in
Omari Thomas and
Tyler Baron, both of which were looking at other SEC options all the way up until their final decisions.
The late additions of both Volunteer State prospects highlighted a great year of in-state recruiting for Tennessee as it signed 10 in-state prospects, up from just four total in the 2019 class. With a few remaining spots in the class, Tennessee might have a chance to climb even higher than the current position of No. 9 in the team rankings.
