Question for those of you who know. If a player signs, as DW supposedly has done, but he doesn't tell the losing schools, is it still illegal for those coaches to make contact? I guess it's not logical for that to happen, but just wondering. Maybe he doesn't trust those coaches to keep it quiet.

My understanding is the other schools would have to knowingly contact him as a signed player.

I don't see how they can punish a school for contacting a player without knowing.
