10 wins will not keep Kirby safe at Georgia, in fact a couple more years of that with no playoff or National championship they will be ready to run him out of town. Richt won 10 games many times, he is recruiting better than Richt but I don't know if he is all that in the coaching department. He has a loaded squad he better start winning natty's or it won't last long that he won't be able to recruit at that level, many are already questioning Kirby. GBO!!!!

Saban created the brand by winning games that mattered, not orchestrating extravagant commit announcements. Kirby still hasn’t done the former.

Recruits are also different than they were 12 years ago. UGA was the first with the light show. They spent 180m on facility upgrades and spent more on recruiting last year than any other school, and it's widely accepted they are paying more for top recruits. There is a reason they have had so much success recruiting despite depth chart and on the field shortcomings.

You've been here a while but before the new format threads were limited to around 10,000 post . There were a few that went to second thread.

Gruden had 50 threads devoted to him. Each one had 6500-7000 posts each.

The 1st coaching search had 20 or so threads (I think). The 2017 edition had the rest. Good times
