Just read on Washington thread on Bamaonline you are still allowed to have electronic communications even if they signed. Anyone know if that’s true?

Why would coaches continue to communicate with a kid that signed with another team? It’s over at that point

No, AV did not say that. He said we were in a good position and that appears to have been true even if DW has indeed signed with UGA.

Look, the Vols showed tremendous improvement over the second half of the season and will not be a pushover next year for uga or uf. But, like it or not, uga played in its third consecutive SECCG, demonstrated a glaring need for play makers on offense and Kirby, whether one wants to admit it or not, is one hell of a closer.

AP merely said, "The Vols are still swinging and have still been in contact." As of Noon yesterday. Unless I'm missing another post, this isn't very specific.

But someone is asking him right now. Maybe more specifics to come.

He CB'd Gilbert to Bama right before he announced for LSU.
He led Bama fand to believe To'oto'o was a Bama lock.
