Edit: Neither agree or disagree. Haven’t watched enough of his escapes. But I see them as similar athletes.

Watching the state championship game, I wonder if he's gonna have to stop that squat thing he does before the snap gets to him.

I kept expecting him to get called for a false start but it never happened.

Regardless I'm sure they will break him of that habit

I watched Bailey play in the Las Vegas game last night. He looked good except for one bad interception but their opponent was so overmatched it would have been hard not to look good. He certainly has a great arm though.

That team’s loaded. He didn’t exploit South Dakota’s state champions.

You can play dumb if you want.. Vol fans expectations for this kid already is out of hand, I've seen multiple Peyton comparisons. JG will be the starter next year, no need to throw this kid out there.

There were a lot of plays where guys we're running five to ten yards from the nearest defender. They may be loaded but they couldn't cover receivers to save their souls.

No if I’m “playing dumb” then I go with the farce that what we type on here affects what he does out there! This kid’s handled REAL pressure since he was in 8th grade, but a bunch of fat, bald guys are going to crumble him? 😏

Yea I'm sure JG or his family didn't notice the death threats this year 😐 but keep playing dumb.. From what I've read this kid has been injury prone, best case scenario is redshirt, get stronger, and let him go in 2021.

I really don't know why you're arguing about it. It's not like what I am saying isn't true. His receivers were running wide open a lot in that game. That isn't a knock against Bailey, it's just a fact. If a team isn't overmatched, you don't have a blowout like that game.

Death threats from crazies predate college football...and message boards. Guarantano redshirted fwiw. 😉 You’re really locked into this “playing dumb” mantra. We have a difference of opinion so you don’t simply get to rule mine “dumb” He’s plenty strong and actually bigger than our projected starter. And I’m not sure what fiction you’re READING, but he’s not injury prone. If he’s the best let him go now.

I’m arguing against any perception that this was an exhibition against a JV squad. This Marietta squad OUTMATCHED a loaded state champion...resume belittling.

He missed 10 games due to injury lol.. i guess that's fiction too tho. Yes I know JG redshirted, HB should and likely will too

So, how is it belittling to say it's hard for a quarterback to not look good when his receivers are running wide open. I said he could certainly make all the throws so was that belittling him? If pointing out the obvious about one game is belittling, you're way to thin skinned about the guy.
