Polite. Didn't talk like a diva, don't really understand why he wants to build suspense around his announcement, unless he wants to use the announcement to honor someone else. Small thing, but I liked his sincerity when he shook those two announcers hand at the end. Nice haircut, too.

I think he just wants his all star commitment moment. Kids grow up watching that and wanting to do it. Not always about being a diva. Just wants a moment. It's cool. I agree about the handshake too.
