You don't work yur shoulders. What do you do? Your supposed to work all your muscles. And Run.
Oh I do, i was thinking the free weight press exercise. I use several different machines that has the pibs, and a couple that has free weights you put on. I've started doing more recently for shoulders and triceps
 
Kewl bruhhhhhh! I was asking months or years?
I worked out for about a year and a half before I broke my leg. I probably missed 6-7 months during that, and been back almost 3 years now. I used to just do light weight just staying in shape, but for several months now I've eased up heavier on everything. I'm 44, and have actually seen a difference in the past 3 months.
