Actually it is a good comparison. I did not say identical or that O was a good D.C., said he was a good defensive coach and he is / was. Was learning to be a HC and was on the hot seat. Also said he is a good recruiter. Most points are pretty similar... I'm sure we could agree to disagree on the finer points though.
Which HC situation is a better comparison IYO?

Agreed. Coach O was never a quality coordinator. Pruitt and Kirby both are elite D coordinators. Really just not a good comparison at all
