One takeaway from LSU this year:
Most everyone questioned Coach O as their head coach. Good recruiter. Good defensive coach. Thought he was a stop gap though. Escaped hot seat a few times. Had to learn on the job to become a good HC.

He's just letting his staff coach and working to be an excellent recruiter and motivator for the team. And it's working well

Stadium security can be anyone hired by the venue. Makes sense they would hire LSU cops for the LSU's fan sections. They do not have arrest powers but do have powers to detain until those that have arrest powers arrive.

There's a good argument for both. LSU's strong wins were ranked higher, but they had closer games. OSU's opponents were not as good, but all victories were by double digits, and they 1 extra top 25 opponent.
