No, he’s not. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate Guarantano’s attitude and perseverance that he’s shown this year. But he’s not a better college quarterback than Jalen Hurts. We’re talking about a guy who has 50 touchdowns this year. He’s thrown for over 3,000 and added another 1,200 in rushing. They aren’t even close.
He's not looking like a great QB in this game with Baylor. The dude just ran out of bounds on a 3rd and 6 to stop the clock for Baylor inside 6 minutes. Smart QB's don't do that. They need the clock running or they're gonna get beat.

I don’t think he’s the sharpest tool in the shed but let’s not pretend like the guy isn’t one of the best in the country. To be frank, it’s laughable to think that Guarantano is better than Hurts.

Ole Miss hiring someone like Kiffin is gonna put them both right back in the NCAA crosshairs. The moment he’s named HC, the the NCAA gonna be right behind him.

Yep and the rest of the SEC won’t hesitate to snitch on him like they did during his time at TN and did to Freeze at Ole Miss. I fully get the hire from football perspective but man it’s seems like such a middle finger to NCAA that your asking for it. Kiffin would be wise to walk a fine line but he doesn’t know how to do thst

That targeting call in the Miami/Central Michigan was correct by the rule book, but what can the defensive player do in situation. The QB squatted down and his head was 2 feet lower than it was when the DB came into to make the hit.
