I'm still waiting for "there will be a time to talk about it" from Schiano. Two years later, and he still hasn't publicly vetted what his role was there.

You can't say it's unfair or not if he doesn't address the situation. Hiring a head coach isn't about innocent until proven guilty. The candidate is charged with proving their worthiness for the position.

If the person who is about to become the highest paid state employee won’t comment about his role in covering for a pedophile, f@&$ him.

Imagine if something new came out about his role in covering for Sandusky right after dealing with a class action title IX lawsuit. We would be raked over the coals, all for a coach with a .500 record.

My Arkansas friend said Chad Morris supposedly had a huge graphic of he and Deshaun Watson in Clemson gear up in the entrance to the Arky football complex. He didnt move his family to Fayetteville. There was 0 buy in from players because it appeared their HC had one foot out the door from day 1.

Again... Why does Missouri fans think so highly of themselves? Article even states they are mad because no high profile names are on the list. Urban Meyer is not going to Missouri folks.

The won 12 and 11 games in 2013 and 2014. So that set bar way too high. But the a couple of bad to meh years with Pinkel and Odom's transition. Then a relatively good year last year, with a Sr 2nd Rd draft QB. IMO the should be happy with a 3-5 conf record. Then every 5 years or so, if you get a good QB, challenge for East. They should be happy with Blake Anderson or Sharky.

Does any really believe he had a hand in this? Years have gone by and he hasn't been charged with anything. I freely admit, I was willing to burn mattresses over this hire because I think he is a bad coach, not because I actually believed he covered up the Sandusky stuff.

No i do not but at the same time i think it’s merit to not hire him just being around it. You can’t risk 2 years after you hire him something else coming from it.
