I've tried several restaurants in the states that advertised jaeger schnitzel... they've all sucked. In Germany, I beleive I could have it 3 meals a day.

Anyone ever been to a leadership training where they have you write down the instructions for making a PB&J? The instructor then makes the most awful mess in the world because everyone sucks at directions?

I do something similar with procedures. Read a procedure step by step to draw a stick figure. Team members have to interpret the instructions, no questions. Get some crazy pictures.
