Question, is there going to be a freshman starting at Any position next year?

Except for LS and WR I cant think of any position that does not have players with some depth that would prevent us from having to start a freshman again.

We could possibly have a freshman starting at QB next year. I don't know how likely it is, but, we'll see. It'll be interesting to see how the QB situation shakes out next season.

And Michigan State and Notre Dame would destroy them too.
Heck we need to expand the playoff to 64 like we do in basketball if you want to give any team with .01% chance of winning it all.
Lol sure. You are just being stubborn. Providing no facts or evidence to support your fallacy

So with this hindsight. Minnesota wasn't ready for that next step after all, they went 1-2 against ranked opponents. Unfortunately I think Penn State is the better team, but also went 2-2 against ranked opponents. The Big 10 may well have reached the same level as the SEC this season in football.

12-0 Ohio State
10-2 Penn State
10-2 Wisconsin
10-2 Minnesota
9-3 Michigan
9-3 Iowa
8-4 Indiana

12-0 LSU
11-1 Georgia
10-2 Alabama
10-2 Florida
9-3 Auburn
7-5 Tennessee
7-5 Texas A&M
7-5 Kentucky

I'd take any of our 3 7-5 teams over Iowa or Indiana though. But pretty impressive both conferences had 4 teams reach 10 wins.

Man Gray's night gets more impressive.

Lewis was the workhorse his freshman year 232 carries that season. 2nd most in carries? 49 for Peyton (cause sacks) but 3rd was Bryson at 36 with Levine 4th with just 28 carries. So Lewis was the bell cow well before that Georgia game and took advantage.

So what will our RB and WR rotations look like next season?

OL should be good. TEs are a total unknown but Chaney didn’t use them much this season anyway.

I think they’re going to do whatever they can to redshirt Bailey unless he just blows the doors off the competition. JG, Maurer and Hill should be plenty ahead of him.

If they do nothing else before the bowl game and then in spring, they need to practice flare passes and screens to the RB’s. Chandler and Gray are tailor made for using them in the passing game like that and not being able to complete those passes has seriously handicapped this offense.

Not sure why JG struggles so bad on those throws

FSU said they wanted to have a new coach by 12/1 and recently said they were on track to meet that deadline. The first domino may fall today.
