I think it was written like an angry school kid and alienated anyone that isn't already a subscriber. As to Ukrainian servers and conspiracies, i have no opinion since I've seen no evidence per the claims.

But seriously, i think that was the first salon article i ever read, and it'll most likely be my last. That was horrible and it literally scares me that that's considered journalism. It is no surprise that salon must be hurting financially enough that they are asking readers to directly support their writers.

It's not even trying to feign that it's anything but a hate hit piece. After this, it attacks evangelical Christians and then move s into the Ukraine conspiracy theory. If the author was trying to further a legitimate dialog, he wouldn't work so hard to alienate anyone that doesn't already believe like he does. This is nothing more then trying to reinforce the beliefs of the choir.o

Having read this, I understand Point Guard much better.

First , I quoted what you said to me when I presented you with multiple links on the subject of left leaning reporters, from left leaning media outlets being more activist than the reporters . Secondly .. I don’t believe ( until right now ) I’ve ever typed the words “ quid pro quo” or given any reference to it . In here .
