Pruitt is a better man than me. If I were head coach and got the upper hand I would hang 70 on them just to take out some frustration from the past three years. JP will keep it classy but we win easily with To and Bituli having a career day.

Maybe tight for a little while for 1st 2 qtrs. but our DLine, by rotating and staying fresh will overcome their OLine just like UK and Mo. What points they get early will be about all they'll get. Our offense has to come out strong to cover that spread. Weather likely favors them slightly but not enough,imo.

I agree with this statement 100%. Remember the music city bowl where we lost to vandy after having th 6-0 start? A loss to vandy sends Tennessee back to the MCB with the same sense of missed opportunity.

It will be forever known as the season where we lost to Vandy and Georgia state.

This is the only game where I expect a win. No excuse will be good enough. Don't even want to have to think about losing this game again. Enough is enough. Vanderbilt only stays in the league for the SEC Network and bowl split money which they use to enhance other sports not named football.

Yep. This team will come out with a serious case of “fire in the belly.” The most stupid course of action that Vanderbilt could possibly take would be to engage in some kind of pre-game shenanigans that would provide our orange-clad boys further motivation.

If there is ever a team that will NOT take any team/game lightly it is this years Vols. Loosing to Ga State and BYU took care of that. Vols will win big today and seniors will go out with their middle fingers in the air to Candy.

If you told me that the Vols would go bowling yet lose to GSU, BYU & Vandy, I would have laughed myself to literal death. If it actually happens I will say that Pruitt is the most bipolar coach in the history of the sport.

Not saying it includes OP, but some like to throw crap like that out there just in case it actually happens so they can be right. "Some of us tried to tell you all"....

Its possible we could lose, hell anything can happen, but I think this team wants to win too bad to let it happen. It might not be pretty and they might have to fight hard for it, but I believe they will.

That said, I think its already won and though it might be far from a perfect performance, we'll dominate them.
