It's still early in the game, and it's still early in the season; the Vols lost a lot of production and clearly need to get into a groove over the next few months, but there's no way that Murray State keeps shooting threes like this and I'm not worried about the second half.

I get that, but we still should be better than this. As pointed out, Murray only hit 3 3s their last game and have 7 tonight. And it's not like giving up a ton of 3s hasn't been a huge problem for a while now. At some point you have to address that somehow teams have their best 3 point shooting nights against us.

Looks bad right now.

Hopefully Barnes has them focused in the second half.

It does seem weird. Barnes is a no nonsense guy and would never pump someone up who doesn't deserve it. I never expected James to be R.J. Barrett or anything even close to that, but I definitely expected a little more. It's early in the season, so I'm not upset, I just hope he decides at some point to be more aggressive. You can see the talent in him. He just almost seems nervous to use it.

I think he's a Scottie Pippen clone. I agree though I thought he'd be a bit more aggressive. He'll find his groove, I think he's gonna be a great player for us.

No way! Turner is having a bad night, he will find his groove and he will win is some games this season. He is confident and has ice water in his veins!
