While this route likely hurt recruiting more, in a way it's better. If we went 6-6 and our wins were Ga st, byu, chatt, uab, vandy, uk and 2-6 in the SEC, it's like who did we really beat? Still probably 6th in the East. And less momentum into the offseason (whatever that is worth).

Now we can hold our heads a little higher if we can finish 3rd in the East and match our best conference record since Fulmer. Getting a lot of monkeys off our back (Muschamp, Vandy, Mizzou, 2nd straight West win) feels good too.

Just need to finish this beast out. 100% focus and effort vs Mizzou and we will #WinOut and @OGbabyaviVol will earn the PoTY award for believing the whole way when no one else did.

I was told I was obese at a health awareness event i helped promote and put on where I use to work. At the time, was around 210, 10-11% bf. I asked the lady to tell me why I was “obese”; and she said bc your BMI on this scale says you are. I was being an ass, and lifted up my shirt and said does this look obese...she didn’t have much to say! Lol

Would be...I've not been in that range since freshman year of HS. 20 years ago...

but @nicksjuzunk will tell ya it's not the weight it's the look. Cause 190 can look "fat" and 220 can look "lean" it's all about muscle vs fat. So that's why I'm not too worried about the scale.

All about the waist size imo. Like you said, weight and bmi can me misleading, and water weight. And having fat spread out isn't terrible, but if you're a pear shape like me, have to be extra careful because all the fat goes to the belly, which is really bad for organs.
