Don't see how JG with a cast on is a better option than Maurer. Maybe Shrout, but if Maurer is healthy and we feel really safe for him, I think he's our best shot. He just has to turn down his INTs and I think Pruitt will roll with a healthy Maurer.

im not sure Maurer is healthy. I think he can throw and he might be out of protocal, but two concussions in two weeks you have to be extremely conservative

Exactly. Some dumb a$$ in Knoxville agreed to pay $8 Million if they fired him. As long as UT adds that language in contracts, coaches should free to take it and run. FSU coughing up $18 Million is funny as he!!. The people allowing that language in coaches contracts should be fired when the coach is fired. That might put an end to these stupid contracts.

I think Dooley was a knee jerk reaction to losing Kiffin bc of a limited buy out. Dooley made some serious noise in the football circles his first year here. His first recruiting class, basically winning at LSU and making a bowl after the Kiffin thing was a fantastic coaching job.

Dooley did one real good thing as a coach and that was hiring Wilcox.

I don’t know if it’s on YT or not. I watched it on HBO. He’s so weird and his wife is crazy. Of course they start the week after beating us. Emory Jones gets his scooter stolen during our game so that made me feel a little better.
