I am going to see Ben Folds in Dallas tonight. I am excited about seeing him live. I have been a fan of his since "Whatever and ever amen" but I have never had a chance to see him perform.

Ben Folds Five was awesome. what was your fav. song off that record?
Why not ask me to name a favorite child? :p

That album is great. One angry dwarf, song for the dumped, kate, steve's last night in town, battle of who could care less all strong contenders for favorite.

Ironically, the big radio hit, Brick, is one of my least favorites. Talk about a downer.

Should be an awesome show. He is one of my all-time favorite performers.. Have fun man!
Any time we get a sitter and have some grown up time, it's on. I hope my wife is mentally preparing herself to drive home.

"Rocking the suburbs" is funny. "Army" is a great song. The list goes on and on...

'For Those of Ya'll Who Wear Fannie Packs' still makes me laugh listening to it after all these years.

He puts on a good show. Is it just him and a piano, or is there a band with him?

He supposedly retired that song. Said at Bonnaroo this year that it was his last time performing it.
Yeah, I heard that, too. He just released a new album, I'm sure he will do some of that. I haven't heard it yet.

The song "Still fighting it" is another of mine. It is a very touching song for me. It makes me think of my son.

One of my favorites to sing to my little boys. I actually have to fight back tears, at times.

The Luckiest is great, too.

Ben Folds is easily one of the most gifted musicians of our era. Enjoy the show!
