It's specilation, but the statement was updated to say they didn't mean protesting, or what not. So, what do you think they meant, and do you think it's merely coincidental to Trump's attendance?
Has noting to do with coincidence, everything to do with a president that’s coming to a huge ballgame that has national importance .
I mean, do you think that the students are expected to behave differently than any other big game, when expressing their excitement or dissatisfaction?
I suppose it'd be best to not mention Trump's name on the PA. But I figure his ego will want it slipped in there right before the National Anthem.
Logic dictates that when a president makes a public appearance and there are extreme protests from the left and right getting into it around the event , security would be heightened and warnings of being escorted out of the open event would be warranted . This thread went immediately to Muh Trump is fragile , what if they are worried about kids getting rowdy protesting and the ones sitting around them decides they have had enough and punches them in the face ? This isn’t soccer and I’ll bet they don’t want it to turn into a soccer style fight in the stands . Seems very logical to me .
Probably because you're a panty-waisted lib. They don't take too kindly to your kind of people in Tuscaloosa. Trump will be fine.I've been to Tuscaloosa and Baton Rouge. I have been cussed at, had our car kicked in, had beer thrown at me and almost got into countless confrontations with both fan bases. That is disturbing behavior, not protesting. The only reason they are adding additional security is to intimidate protesting and booing ahead of Trumps visit.
Trump is certainly the definition of Tuscaloosa's "kind of people". (NYC shyster who despises everything rural.)Probably because you're a panty-waisted lib. They don't take too kindly to your kind of people in Tuscaloosa. Trump will be fine.

Maybe Trump will build his next hotel there. He may need to change his business model to the two story Trump Motel with outside entrances to all rooms, free continental breakfast, cable in every room, and free wi-fi.
