Sounds like to me that he and everyone around him is weak minded if they can’t take a little criticism. Fans are bummed. He was a silent for months (as reported) and flips at the last minute. Easy to persuade—weak. Liar—weak.

I can also proudly say that out of all the horrible things I have done in my life that I have never in my life crawfished on a deal when a better one was offered after giving my word. I stayed with my ex-wife through 12 years of humiliating cheating because I took my vows seriously. I had that drilled into me from birth.

But plenty on here keep saying we dont want Reggie Grimes II ... laughing at them NEGAS and their recruiting prowess .. they all said Jay hardy and BJ O. were locks .... no sir.
And their reasons for being dismissive of Grimes has been even funnier.
Keshawn L. And Reggie G. are both from the same area here in south Nashville and have played ball on the same teams growing up. Reggie's Dad coached them. D. Bitulli is also from this same exact area (Antioch). Derrek Barnett and LaMarcus Coker back in the day as well.
Its tight knit out here. Reggie was always coming to Tennessee but yall thought not and also for some strange reason acted like the TN staff dont want him 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ... just wondering .. yall still think that or na? Lol

Pretty simple. We need players like Hardy to get us back to where we should be. He's in our backyard and the fact we couldn't get him isn't a good sign for our "elite recruiters". We've been playing better on the field but we're never going to be a contender without getting the elite recruits like Hardy, Cade Mays, and Tee Higgins who are right down the road. We're going down the same road as Dooley and Butch with Pruitt here.

Eventually, it was the reason Kirby let him go. Rocker is a technician coaching his guys.
Most are great at one and good at the other, rare that a guy is both but Rocker has never been the relentless recruiter. But, the laid back way (recruiting) does work for some kids, Rocker did pull Trenton Thompson. Thompson really missed him after he was gone.

Meh, whatever makes people happy. Some are fine being in a bad relationship. Some are miserable when they’re in good relationships. I’ve quit trying to understand what makes people do the things they do particularly when a relationship is involved. I will say staying in a relationship when one person mostreats the other in some way send the wrong message to the kids you’re raising. Tells them that behavior is ok.

Eh, that’s not really ‘caring’. That’s more of a case of shining a light on Auburn nuthuggers regarding where a certain program stands in relation to the university whose team board you’re currently on. The relevance is in that the kid whose thread you are on cited Auburn’s engineering program as one of the reasons he chose them. It’s worth noting Tennessee’s engineering program is ranked higher. And do you really think people from all around the globe seek out Auburn for the engineering program? So no, it’s not one of the top programs in the world let alone the country or even the southeast

The speculation that UT coaches ignored Hardy or undervalued him isn't really true. He knew he was in our core group and was a big priority for UT. He seemed to have a great time at events and was given the VIP treatment. I've actually seen him at UT and know how he was treated. He's friends with other commits and it's a tight group-- though clearly not as tight as everyone thought.

Now did UT not call Hardy enough, not ass-kiss enough or not Cam Newton enough-- who knows? Who knows how much ass-kissing Hardy wanted or how much Auburn ponied up? UT just got a wake-up call. The in-state kids who're not already committed don't bleed Pantone 151. They aren't coming to UT 100% for sure, no matter what. Those kids closed it down and have been peer-recruiting. The recruits still on our board are on other boards, too.

What are you even talking about? Grimes is an OLB in our scheme and has nothing to do with Hardy’s decision.
