And yes it was a good win. In fact, at 30-7, it was dang good.

The fact we won 30-7 and a very large majority of post here were negative about the performance proved my point you and @Big Gucci Sosa were arguing against. There simply wasn’t anything to gain in that game and most everyone complaining after a 30-7 win proved that.

And if they weren’t complaining many are suggesting we held back as an excuse which is just crazy

The Weather in the Georgia game cant be overstated on impact. You can’t just look at stats. One opponent that could have/would have pummeled you in good weather but you get in a monsoon can really help the defense stats.

Kind of like how bad nfl teams sometimes have good pass defenses. Because everyone whoops that a$$ and the runs down the stretch

Kentucky has started to figure something out, and even with their early loses they have yet to give up 30 points to anyone. Don't fansplain' away the stats...Kentucky is a better defense than UAB, not sure how/why anyone would disagree with that.

Just saw Jay went with Auburn, interesting.

Course commitments are pretty fickle imo, wonder if he actually signs there when it's time to ink it. I have a feeling Auburn is more likely to lose 2 of the last 3 rather than win them...

Recruitment in this new era is very odd...

Rybka, Rogers, and Anaele would be potential UK flips to pursue.

Anaele is interesting, decommit from Miami and flip to UK, so it appears he wants to be in the SEC.

It makes no sense that on field play and player development has started trending up and recruiting has started trending down.

How is it? Springbokvol said "How about we don't change our staff at all" and you said "If you're standing still, you're falling behind"..

It sounds like you mean that not changing the staff is "falling behind"..

A lot of us like the staff fine as it is, and are sick of the constant turmoil of the last decade, and we see change as a bad thing right now. We need as much stability as is humanly possible at this point. After establishing stability, then tweaking here and there would be fine.

I get that you are talking about seeking improvement, but at some point you need to stand pat for a bit to be able to move forward instead of faceplanting again.
Oh sure, sounds great.

Let’s not attempt to upgrade the Offensive Line either. You know, for continuity’s sake.

FAHR ROCKER!!! Seriously the guy can't recruit. I think his contract is up in January or February "He Gone"

Bring us Lupoi and all the Polynesians
It's conflicting because our Dline has grown as a unit more than any other position group this year (granted they started off at the bottom). At the same time if you can't get the horses you aren't ever going to win the race. If we can get a coach like Lupoi where we know he is a homerun that would be great. I trust Pruitt will make the right staffing decisions and Fulmer will give him the resources to do so.

Sherrer was Hardy's primary recruiter. But Rocker's recruiting hasn't been good either, agreed.

Thanks...so Sherrer who was like a father to Trezman Marshall and he still picked UGA. Defensive line and Special Teams have definitely improved through the season but for the money we are paying you have to be able to swim with the big fish.
