True this. It's why every team has those let down Saturdays. Some luckily escape a loss at the hands of a lesser opponent.Kids can’t get up big time for every game. Ga State was on the coaches and how they prepared. Coaches have to get up for every game. Football grind and human beings playing make it impossible for the players to have that 110 percent mindset or 100 percent ability thru a major college football season.
Yeah...I know. He is horrid at the thing that a QB has to be good at..throwing the football.Making the right read is only half the battle. Being able to stand in the face of pressure and drop that ball in instead of floating it is the move. That’s an incompletion or worse far more than it is a TD like we saw against SC. It’s obvious we like that inside sluggo route so he needs to get used to making that throw properly if we’re going to keep running it.
I really meant it as a question...usually when somebody uses uephimisms like "different personality" it is because that personality is garbage in some way. I forgot to put a question mark on it.You state this as a fact. How do you know it as a fact?
Wasn't my observation at practice when he was called out by Z in front of his teammates, visitors and two pro scouts as a G-D M-F that Z was going to beat up if somebody didn't hold him (Z) back. All as a result of supposedly not running a practice route the way he (Z) wanted it. My observation was he ran it as well as everybody else. Nobody else in the practice was openly called out as a G-D M-F that I observed.
Z was baiting him to quit. Maybe another approach in dealing with a player you (Z, Botch) recruited strongly might have produced different results. Seems some other coaches may have been more successful.
