Yeah..except he threw a horrible horrible pass short to the front of the EZ saturday instead of to the back..that is the reason it was picked instead of a TD. It was not a bad read at all..it was just horrible execution.

I doubt it but i didn’t think USC would look at Kiffin either. They aren’t going to pony up 10 mil a year or anything crazy so if they get turned down a few times it’s probably possible. It’s a better job than UT.

If it is I don't think it's by much. Everything I've ever heard it seems like Jeremy is really happy here. I'd be shocked if he were to leave for anyone other than Alabama. Like you say though, I was shocked whenever Kiffin bolted. Anything is possible.

Urban going to Southern Cal isn't set it stone. There's word that he wants to go back south. Charles Davis has mentioned this.

I can't imagine any scenario where FSU would even call Pruitt. Just a few weeks ago our fan base wanted him fired. You can't replace taggart(which most had to see as a terrible choice) with a 2nd year HC who list to GSU and BYU in his 2nd year. The jury is still out on Pruitt, but he is starting to trend up

It's been reported that they owe Taggart $18 million since they fired him before January. There's no telling what they will owe his assistants when the next coach brings in his own staff. My question is this--lets just say $25 million for Taggart and his staff--do the boosters pony up that money, or it that on the university? Also, the next coach can't feel real warm and fuzzy with the way FSU has handled this firing.

Making the right read is only half the battle. Being able to stand in the face of pressure and drop that ball in instead of floating it is the move. That’s an incompletion or worse far more than it is a TD like we saw against SC. It’s obvious we like that inside sluggo route so he needs to get used to making that throw properly if we’re going to keep running it.

If he wins out he will be viewed more favorably. That said their fans would still probably riot.

As do we but they're about as low as we are/were. The pool will be similar. I think they need to settle in for the long haul. I think CMS could be the one that gets them at least headed in the right direction.

Familiarity with the program. Won a title as their DC. Recruiting the area. He would have to win out to really catch the eyes of someone and even then he would probably be pretty far down but like i said before. USC shouldn’t have offered Kiffin either.

Norvell loves it in Memphis, so we will wait for the perfect opportunity. FSU just might be the right opportunity, but their AD situation may keep him from going. Norvell is a very good coach imo

I don’t think there is anything to worry about with Pruitt and FSU. Don’t think he would go even if they were interested. Think maybe FSU should give PJ Fleck a call.
