Should be but it'll never happen. NCAA probably has to keep up with eligibility on 100,000 + athletes each year. If you had 1000 people working on the problem it might help but I don't think the NCAA eligibility center employs any where near that many.NCAA should be required to get it done by start of the season.

Part of me is concerned that the NCAA is so incompetant that they can't address 120 requests in a timely manner. most of which Ithey had since spring of 2019Per Jeff Goodman's tweet yesterday, the NCAA has decided on 62 of the 120 (52%) waiver appeals. Part of me wonders if this is the NCAA's way of curtailing the number of players transferring and seeking immediate eligibility. Like, ok we'll let you do this, but we're going to make it miserable and stressful on you.
