My only complaint about JG last night is he doesn’t move up in the pocket. Shrout and Maurer both do it but JG always stays toward the back of the pocket until the tackles just about run into him.
That was always my problem with Casey Clausen. Claussen just did not understand what a pocket was. When the pocket started closing up for him, he always panicked and started flapping his elbows like Big Bird, and then tried to find a way to avoid the sack, but he never could.

I was going to suggest walking but if it is difficult to walk that would be hard for you. I would make sure to cut back on carbs. I love carbs but they make me tired. I eat a lot of fish and chicken and green vegetables and it seems to give me energy. I would make sure to take a good multivitamin. Have your hormone levels been checked? B12 injections might help as well. I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks! I'm a complicated mess with the MTHFR gene mutation that causes me to not filter out things and B9 actually makes me more tired. I do B12 under the tongue, a greens vitamin and 5HTP. Going to try cutting out even more carbs to see if that helps. I actually bought some new walking shoes in the spring, but have not had the energy to try my leg doing it.

Soda, look into ‘food sensitivities with chronic fatigue’ and figure out your trigger food(s) either through testing or follow an elimination plan of most common culprits. I’ve dealt with fibromyalgia for a couple of decades and had the sensitivity testing early on. I’ve avoided my trigger foods in all forms since then and it’s life changing.
Thank you!!!!!!

Hyperthermia, via sauna, gives you virtually the same health benefits as moderate exercise, with virtually zero physical impact. The growing body of research is impressive. Contrary to what the wild eyed proponents will say, the primary benefit is not 'detox', although there is some of that. The primary benefit is production of heat shock proteins, which have too many benefits to list here. In one study, they documented a 60% reduction in sudden cardiac death, and about a 50% reduction in all forms of mortality. The benefits are real and it is easy...sit in a box and sweat for 30-40 minutes 4 or 5 times a week.

I wouldn't have believed the cardio benefit, but in just a few weeks of 5 or 6 sessions per week, it has made a dramatic impact on my endurance. I've been a member of a hilly east Tennessee golf club for 5 years, and all of the sudden, walking that course got easy. It was never easy.
This sounds really promising! Taking detox baths with Epsom salt in a hot whirlpool helps tremendously so I imagine this would really help. Thank you!

He may have put himself into the 1st round of the NFL draft, if he wasn't there already.

He's a special player with a myriad of skills. Nothing but goal lines and dollar $igns in that young man's future.
I love JJ and he will probably be drafted, but I highly doubt it will be the first round

Chronic Fatigue and Fibomyalgia have in common that you cannot increase your exercise intensity or duration like normal. Biggest failure that I see is exactly that...increase exercise too quickly equals increased pain with Fibromyalgia and increased fatigue with Chronic Fatigue.

You literally have to sneak up on it so that it doesn’t realize that you are exercising. You also have to monitor your exercise diligently. Keep a very strict format of your exercise.
Pick an exercise that you like. Start at a level and duration that doesn’t raise your heart rate or fatigue level at all. Then increase by no more than 10% per month. (Normal easy progression is 10% per week) You must remember that this is a war, not a single battle. It’s a marathon not a sprint to recovery.

I had a patient that started in a wheelchair, but ended being able to do a stairmaster for 105 minutes without struggling. Slow and steady is your only way to win the race.

Have you ever had a sleep study? Sleep apnea can be misdiagnosed as Chronic Fatigue. It can also make Chronic Fatigue worse if you have both, no matter how mild the sleep apnea...

I hope that this helps.
You have no idea how much this helps! Thank you so much!!!

While I'm procrastinating, I continued my Tennessee football torture and found two highly unlikely paths to Atlanta for Tennessee, both hinging on Missouri beating Florida and Georgia, and Vandy beating Florida. 😂😭

Why not. I’m ready to be hurt again. I’m calloused by now.

Upper extremity exercise bike might be the way to go. They have little portable pedal stands that would be perfect. Less than $50 for a good one. They are made for legs, but you just put it on your dining table and use arms instead.

How long ago was the Sciatic injury? I have had success with Ultrasound evaluation, if a hematoma or scar tissue is present around the nerve, guided steroid shots can help breakdown scar tissue and hematoma alike. If not, would consider Stem cell or PRP injections.
It was 8 years ago. There was a hematoma on the thigh. An incision was made from where the biopsy was done down to it. Are you in Texas?
