She’s already instilled into the players her team goals. What she expects out of them, they now expect out of themselves. It’s beyond impressive and honestly surpassed my expectations.

Hope what the "elders" on the squad are saying is not just preaching "lip service" but that they really are "trying" something that looked like it was missing much of the last 2-3 years. We are seeing a lot of the same things taking place with the football team. (having a hard time excepting change) A few have had some success changing, others either have left or are just "riding it out". Not much room for the latter when you only have a dozen of so players.

I think Coach Harper will lead Tennessee to a 4th place finish in the SEC and an NCAA Tournament bid. The future is very promising for the LadyVols!
