I doubt it will work, but it is worth a try. I remember last year going into LLBean and loving a jacket, but it was too massive. Asked the associates about additional sizing and they suggested petite, which I tried, but when you go with petite or tall, it just changes the cut compared to regular and won't work.

I think the brand makes sizes different. Like a medium in one brand isn't the same as a medium in another.
