Coach Pruitt is going to put the guys out there that gives us the best chance to win. If that is JG, then that is who we support. It's really not that hard. Why some of you are convinced that you know better than our coach, without seeing even one practice snap, I might add, is mind-boggling to me.
I agree and it's beyond question to me because of the last couple of weeks. He's coaching like a man possessed and has left zero doubt in my mind that he wants to win. I may not know or understand why he is doing something but if he's doing it, he absolutely believes it's our best shot.

Because we know JG is a loser and always will be a loser. We don’t know what we have in Shrout yet and playing JG means a for sure loss. Period.
OK, this is exactly what I am talking about. I would like to see what JT can do. But, if Coach Pruitt and Coach Chaney think JG gives us the best chance to win, I am going to support the team.

I recall from last year when CJP said that Shrout had the best arm on the team, but you just don't always know where the ball is going to go.
From that I got the mental image of Wild Thing from the movie Major League. Hopefully, J.T. has settled in a bit more, now.
Someone posted it earlier, but we need the Major League GIF about JABU or whoever it was that helped him throw it better.

I’m sorry. I have a ticket to the game. But I will not attend if JG is QB. He has taken everything out of me to the point where I legitimately despise even hearing his name. I’m not wasting a whole Saturday to watch a crushing loss because our QB is terrible and gives us no hope. We won’t win playing for field goals which is exactly why Pruitt should send him packing. I guarantee if JG starts we don’t see the same team as Saturday as they will get down.
So, you're going to penalize the rest of the team because you don't agree with the coach's decision on who should be starting QB? What is JP is trolling USC and he sends JT out there for the first series. Would you be upset you did not go? I am not going to tell you what you should or should not do with your time and you clearly have supported the team well, previously, but I think you should reconsider going because even if you have this hatred towards our QB, there are still other players on the team who you like and who would appreciate your support.

I am ashamed to breath the same air as a so called fan that thinks tweeting at players and families is ok.

Disgusting example of fans standing cowardly behind computers attacking people that don’t deserve it.

Disgusting behavior that should be condemned by every decent true fan of this program.

And there is zero name calling here @drvenner
Your an interesting fellow you know that

Hearing his name pronounced the way he says it's supposed to be pronounced (with the short a at the end) also drives me up the wall. It just sounds so ignorant. I'm sure all italians would agree with me.

How about you just admit that tweeting players and families is out of bounds and a sad state of affairs for what these kids/families go thru?

You have kids?

You want strangers attacking you on social media?

Would you and your kids deserve that?
He's 22 in a month. He is a RS Jr who knew better than to do that. The tweet itself was harmless. If he called made a death/violent threat or racial remark that's one thing, poking fun is another.

And with the short a news/correction, am I the only one that now pronounces it with a Jersey accent?
Probably but oh well.

People are saying that they don't understand why it's not Shrout. You, yourself said, that we are screwed, or something to that effect. People are calling JG a loser, saying they're not going to watch. We all want BM to play. If JG starts Saturday, over Shrout, that's all I need to know. The staff thinks he gives us the best chance to win.

Something tells me that JG is going to have a Come to Jesus meeting some time this week.
He may even get a few offers he can't refuse. This team has banded together now, sparked by the entrance of Brian Maurer and they know they can win. Hell, even the defense has improved since Maurer became the starter!

And they don't want anyone messing that up. Just my gut feeling, anyway.

i heard on the radio this morning, think it was Ben McKee, that said if you take in to account only the RB rushes and rushing yards, we were right at 5 ypc.........
QB "rushing" yards kill us almost every game. Miss St may have been our first positive since Dobbs.

I don't doubt that at all. And, it should happen, IMO.

Feels like this has been said every week since week 1. I'd say he's had a lot of rough meetings this year.
