Truthfully I think that’s the best gameplan to win this game anyway. Even if 18 plays

Run run run. We are getting there and 17-21 pts May win this thing

Running and kicking. Run enough to get in FG range, rely on Cimaglia's leg and trust the D to hold them. Limit penalties, win the turnover margin and fix the punting. Rely on JG to manage the game and don't ask him to do too much. And hope the crowd brings the energy, no matter who's the QB.

If Chaney didn't trust JG before, wait till Saturday. He'll manage JG with an iron fist and we'll rely on the run, which will be tough sledding against SCAR's defensive front. And the crowd will be surly once JG trots out there. But the OL is playing better, and we'll have both HenryT and Bituli for the whole game (hopefully), so if we can keep it low scoring, our running game could be enough. But... Chaney will probably have to loosen up and let JG throw.

JG was 7/16 for 55 against Bama. Just the facts.

The closest thing to “fair”
That can be
Done is officials in big time college sports need to come from as far from the schools as possible.

Ie give me officials from the west coach or over seas
Even if he’s not a Bama “fan,” wouldn’t he know that his community/friends could be on him for making a questionable call against Bama? Inexcusable.

Bingo

and I’ll add one thing

NEVER and I mean NEVER return a kick off again

Maybe something has clicked and he has just stopped thinking, and started playing.
I think he's gotten to where he trust his linemen. He has confidence that there will be a hole when he gets there instead of trying to find a crease. I think it's a product of improved offensive line play.

He can’t even manage to get a 1 yard touchdown.let alone run the play that was actually called.....no thanks.

I said you control what you put out and what you take in. You can't control what everyone else says no matter how crazy.
So, you can mute yourself, mute others, or deal with crazy people form time to time.
It your choice, his choice, my choice. But you don't get to choose what others say no matter how asinine and you don't get to be the gate keeper for each individual.

It is why I got off Twitter. I made my choice.

I enjoy coming to twitter to get info and news. I promote my business on twitter.
Yes and on a few occasions I brag on my kids on twitter. Thankfully I am not a public figure where the best advice is to just give up twitter to ignore scumbags tweeting at me about my kids.

Completely disagree with all of this and your opinion makes real fans ashamed to wear the same colors as you

In no way should a player or family member ever have to go to social media and read criticism directed directly at themselves or their son or daughter until they are getting paid to play

Your take is shameful and I pray your kids aren’t criticized on social media for bad play during a sporting event.

Btw there is a big difference between tweeting a criticism and tweeting one directly tagging that person. That’s when it’s personal, completely unacceptable and a scumbag act

Im a real fan and im not ashamed to wear the same colors as him. I also dont disagree with his take or actions. I do however disagree with your B.S. I think you are trying to make a troll job out of nothing!!

I’d rather have interceptions from JT trying to win than a sorry a$$ loser going rouge and changing the play that “his coaches called” on a goal line set, to only be down by 8 points to the 1# team in the country.JT needs reps just like Maurer did,it’s no different.if Pruitt has any nuts he will play JT..especially if you’re trying to go bowling this year.

I don't get not giving Shrout a chance, either. But Pruitt and Chaney seem very averse to it. It's a strange dynamic... and has gotten stranger since fall camp.

About five minutes of amateur googling reveals where he’s from in Alabama and that he’s also big into the youth wrestling scene in Alabama. To be clear, nothing i saw in my five minutes of googling showed any evidence of him actually being a Bama football fan. But even the appearance of bias is unacceptable. It is laughable that the SEC would assign Alabama fans to Alabama games.
They assigned an LSU fan (with evidence of such) to the LSU-UT bball game last year. I'm really not sure how this kinda stuff happens. Surely you have to fill out a form indicating any sort of fandom that denies you the ability to ref games that your team and noted rivals are in.

yeah, USCe got jobbed too. wonder who the refs will "make up" for this coming weekend?
Didn't see most of that game, but everyone here was saying USC got all the calls for the first half or 3 quarters or so. USC was probably only in that game to begin with because of calls from the sound of it

Maybe hes changed a run call from the 1 yd line to a QB sneak without telling anyone twice in practice?

Nobody would blame Pruitt if he rolled out JT and failed to go bowling. If he rolls out JG and fails, he will continue to be criticized.

JGs "leash" was short before Bama. Chaney essentially has him by the collar now.

Im with you. If you re that fearful, be that way with a different guy that can earn some slack.

Im wondering since Maurer's status is a lot more questionable now than before if this isn't some pregame misdirection by CJP.
