Surely this 3rd string QB can't actually be good once there's tape of him out there. I can see that game actually being a huge win for us where we bottle up their offense and Maurer puts together a complete game.

My only real complaint with Mauer is he needs to learn risk aversion. He's taking way too many hits. He does us no good in the injury tent.
