henry t is getting to play his natuarl position and has picked up the defense almost instantly. crouch is playing outside simply because we need him to. ....i think he's a more natural ILB, and will likely move inside next season when bituli is gone.

I just looked, I take back what I said. Reporting he has a knee sprain. Say he is ok. I’ll change that to an L.

Curious to see how the loss of the linebacker impacts their defense.

My opinion is he goes the other way. He’s a 3-4 defensive end IMO

possible, but if they bring in who they think they can bring in, they may not have to do that, and they can let him stand up next to HT.

i think that's more natural for him.....kid's an athletic freak. would think he'd be best used at LB, not a hand in the dirt 3-4 DE....

Why do you think he’s more naturally an ILB? Just curious

I don’t think he’s athletic as he was billed to be and I’ve seen nothing to suggest he’s a natural linebacker. He’s got bad hips and does not move well laterally.

He’s best in straight lines and using his strength. That’s why I think he’s a rush end.

I still see Crouch's long term future at OLB. He may be temporarily cross trained at ILB in case Henry T or Bituli get a paper cut this year. I think the more likely permanent moves would come from a Safety who has a frame to add about 20 lbs.

Yeah, I don’t understand being worried about him. I think he’ll be a very good rush end with time.

In a perfect world he’d be an ideal redshirt candidate.
