So it goes like this.......
One more year and we will be declared “healed” from the liver cancer instead of “in remission”. They say it looks beaten so time is just a formality.
The Lyme will never go away completely but Red is as tough a person as there is on the planet. As such she’s doing better now than I ever thought she would. It’s hard to believe that just a few years ago I was sitting in the ER at 4:30 in the morning waiting on a dr to tell me if she was still alive.

There are a lot of you who were unbelievably supportive and I cannot thank you enough for it. Too many to mention on here and I don’t want to ship any one of you. Just know that I thank G-d and pray for you often.

There’s one VFL that I owe 100 times beyond what I can ever repay. I didn’t know him and he had know reason to do what he did. The only promise I made was to never tell anyone who it was that did it. Which is killing me because everyone should know how great he is.

The lesson learned is, you find out who your friends are when the **** hits the fan.
My advice to everyone is when you learn who they are you make sure you remember and do away with those who are not.


To some who remember the ass I once used to be on this forum, I apologize for him but that guy has been stabbed and left for dead. He’s never coming back

(The new Slice gets a little sappy from time to time. I’m sorry for that too)

I could sit and look at one of those (Globes) for hours. Especially a big nice one. I added globes and this sentence so it would make the out of context thread.
