Not sure we have the depth to go 4 quarters with anyone in the SEC other than Vandy. Defense will be gassed. Going to have to have long sustained drives

I get that there’s some overlap in a defense as multiple as ours, but really he’s an edge defender. Different position than our other down lineman. Argue the semantics all you want, but he’s not playing the same position as guys like Bumphus/Middleton/Butler/etc.

It’s probably best just to keep him playing the edge at OLB and learning that position. He’s still pretty new to being a full time defender. He should come along nicely with more time and experience there.

Was basically a repeat of last year's game. I guess I'm most sore that we didn't progress year-over-year vs our 2 division rivals.

But I really hope we have vs the other 4. Mizzou and Vandy we absolutely have to make ball games this time.

I feel like while our DL doesn't get any pressure our DBs should still be better than they are. Y'all agree?

Interested to see how Chaney will attack them (and other lesser defenses too). We’re gonna have to get the run game going to balance things out. I get that running a lot against UGA isn’t a great recipe for success for a team built like ours currently is, but we’re gonna have to try to get the run game going more against opponents like MSU and USCe.

I’m really not upset at all about last night.

The offense seemed to take a step forward.

The defense just is what it is I guess. They have got to get the presnap alignments right before they can do anything else. And even if they get that fixed, there just simply aren’t enough good players in the front seven.
