I'm so glad camera phones just come out when I was a teenager. Oh lawd, the things I've done. Sucks for kids today , especially players. Cant make a mistake now.

Losing your foundation rock to cancer when you are 19 years old sux royally. You're just mad at the world from the hurt inside. Some folks introvert the pain and some with more aggressive personalities get peeved off and act out.

I have that very same t-shirt and almost 40 years later I still get smash something angry when I give it much thought.

I'm thinking with that student conduct code violation it means Banks is no longer a UT student, so CJP didn't have any choice in removing him. Can't play ball if you aren't a student.

Hate it for the young man. I hope he lands safely and his faith supports and pulls him through this.

I went to the Seymour and South - Doyle game, hoping to see Elijah Young. He got ejected in the first quarter and Seymour upset South - Doyle 7-3. I'm happy for Seymour but also really wanted to see Elijah Young. Ah well. It was still a fun night.

I have to be honest, dismissing Banks for this is weak.

He wasn’t arrested for domestic violence.

I don’t think he was charged with anything?

He acted like an idiot.

Suspend him for a week. For a month. For a year. Fine.

But dismiss him??? Really?

That’s soft.

Give the double gauldens to the media and say this is our team and we will manage how we need to.

The more I think about it the more I agree and to me this is a knee jerk reaction by a head coach that knows he screwed up badly not addressing these two issues before the videos released.

Do you know why he was ejected? I got there in the first quarter and noticed he wasn’t playing but looked fine on the sideline. I wanted to see him play too

I was kinda thinking the same thing. Maybe indefinite suspension for the rest of the season and let him work his way back on the team. I’m sure Pruitt didn’t make this decision on his own though.

I hope this isn't the case...Pruitt Yanks him after his first drive or something, just so he could say he started him.

Like Starsky in Starsky and Hutch, Tennessee is too much car for him.

Seymour punted and SD had a good return called back and then they assessed an unsportsmanlike conduct on SD. Then they called another one. My guess is he said something or got both unsportsmanlike calls. His brother had the good return. After the first penalty he was on the field and then after the second unsportsmanlike, he was on the sideline.
