I’m not sure how you got that out of the transcript. It seems pretty clear to me that Pruitt thought Banks should not have been arrested on the warrant.

I understand that the guy could have been confused. Maybe he legitimately doesn’t know how the criminal justice system works, although I highly doubt that.

If we didn’t have Billy I’d be fine with Ortega over Riley but I need a guy that can hit a homer at any time which our bench doesn’t have. It’s dumb.

Yup but he’s a better player, provides pop, and provides another infielder. If we use Hech as a pinch hitter we have zero infielders off the bench if something bad happens
