Of course, it didn’t help that Game Day’s Chris Fowler had referred to many Tennessee fans as trailer park trash in the wake of Peyton Manning not receiving the Heisman Trophy in 1997.

He referred to those fans throwing stuff at their set because they felt Gameday backed Woodson for the Heisman as being in a trailer park frenzy. Hard to deny given the circumstance and was not referring to the whole fan base as many think. And never mind he voted for Manning. Just another misrepresentation to be mad about.
