Parameters lol a quantity whose value is selected for the particular circumstances and in relation to which other variable quantities may be expressed lol. So you don’t weasel your way out when all they “tweak” is a deadline date.

we're stuck in the mud in regards to having to play young guys for the wrong reasons. have been for a pretty good while actually.

so we're conditioned to believe that if you're not immediately better than the guy you're replacing, or supposed to replace cause he's sucked, then you suck too.

i think this staff looked at some of the veterans...especially in the def backfield and at QB, and thought they had seen enough during the off season to like what their chances would be.

then the games started, and the guys you NEED to be able to erase youngsters errors, are making the most aggregious errors......Warrior and JG at the top of that list.

you can't have guys like that make the kind of mistakes they've made, and have the FR make mistakes and win.

that's why Bama, Clemson, GA and OSU and OU can start freshmen. they have erasers on their rosters. we don't.

yep, forgot about him, good point, but we need a elite WR in this class, which unfortunately seems unlikely at this point. Jarrett would have been what we needed...

We are far from Vandy level. Top ten in wins. Most SEC championships except for Bama. Multiple NCs. Just because we are down does not mean we are a bad program. We have been run poorly and made bad hires. Period. The sooner our administration accepts that we should be a top tier program again like the fans do, the better.

Wow...gave you too much credit. So you think that this FORCES Maurer to go ahead and accept the redshirt so he can transfer next year to another school? How is that making sense in your head? He still has to sit out a transfer year and would be a redshirt sophomore at his next stop.

He can save a year and play at a juco next year and be a soph when he goes to the next D1

Or graduate from a juco and play next year

So yea this rule makes him consider leaving after 4 games
