Oh I can’t argue that. JG brings the team way down. And I should walk that back. The right coach maybe doesn’t win today but he would field a competent looking team. And make in-game decisions that help.

The team.looked good until the end of the 2nd quarter. Held them to 10 points and then the defense gets gassed. We should've had at least 7 points. At the very least. 14 if JG is competent. At some point the defense gets gassed.
Why on earth does Nigel take the under route when the corner has outside leverage? There is no one to cover the middle of the field. Someone mentioned that Nigels football IQ is low, and I agree.

Whatever. That was a catchable ball right in his face. He just missed it. I’m not a JG fan at all but a 5th year receiver has to catch that ball in the Swamp.

JJ and Henry T are 2 players playing at an elite level right now. Without them we'd be way worse off. With all the problems we're having right now, coaching, etc.., they don't deserve a whole lot of criticism.

Watched Washington back up the Dump Truck on BYU. Are we as a collective still equivocating that as a not so bad loss?

People got faked out by Pruitt hitting dudes in the chest before the game.

Bad Qb play is one thing but bad leadership AND bad win play is a recipe for disaster. 3 years of the same performances game after game. Great throws sprinkled in here and there but no substance. His greatest attribute is he is tough as nails, a lot of guys would have folded by now from the hits. A GREAT Qi makes all the difference in the world and so does a very bad one. Let’s roll with BM and JT the ret of the way out and then have a an battle in Spring with Bailey to see who can lead us next year

Nobody said we were gonna beat the sh!t out of Florida. A bunch of people could see a win based on several different things, myself included.

1. They are not good.
2. Backup QB who hasn’t started since freshman year of HS
3. Thin at several positions
4. Missing starters on defense
5. Noon game
6. They can’t run the ball

We had everything set up for a upset. We just suck worse than we thought.

Yeah I mean hell, just for the team to look like we belong in the SEC. We are a ****ing joke right now. Nothing but a perpetual laughing stock.

I'm with @Bassmaster_Vol...Like what the heck do we do to fix the systemic negativity and consistent failure to step up at the right times?

Obviously, we need to bench JG and let BM start, JT to back him up, JG is 3rd, and JJ is emergency QB.

But other than that, what can you do? DL ain't hot. Secondary has been abysmal. But, the decent DL play last year made for better DB play. Now, our DL ain't as good, and our young secondary is getting exposed more.

Really need to swap QBs, knock out the stupid penalties and mistakes (Smith's hands to face, JJ punt returner hit, late hit by Calbert, dropped ball by JJ (yes it was a fastball - but catch those in the swamp), JJ not falling on that fumble, JG throwing directly to a UF DB, etc.), and get some dang pass rush going.

BYE week comes at a dang good time. We need it.

Coaches better figure it out.

I completely disagree. If that was true then Our Facilities, VFL Films, social media, Grounds/playing surfaces, equipment, support staff...etc wouldn’t be top notch like they are.

We literally have every single inch of everything we need to be competing with everyone in the country. We just can’t make the right hire to do it.

I don't disagree with that. I'm not making excuses for anyone. I'm saying I empathize with people who are trying and failing, instead of hating on them for their shortcomings. It doesn't mean I think they're doing a bang-up job. Losing is just no fun, all around.

26 isn't a good thing.

Lifetime average is 26.4 points by Chaney vs Grantham. 26.4 points would rank in the 80s this year for a scoring offense. No bueno.
