First time I can remember that I have almost completely checked out of UT football.

I haven't hardly read anything in here, on Twitter, or anywhere. Not a thing.

Self preservation. Not sorry either. I've skipped at least 200 pages.

I can't recall ever being this disgusted with this team. I've lost nearly any sense of hope for this program and I'm at a complete loss for any ideas on how or if it can be fixed. We're the laughing stock of football. We've sunk to 90's era Vandy football. Makes me sick to even talk about UT at the moment.

...I say all that as I wear my Give My All hoodie, which I've worn three times this week. If anyone challenges me, I cut them off quickly. Yeah, we suck but [screw] 😁 you, there will never be a time when this school does not have my support. They may not have my confidence but they have my support. My blood runs orange.

Sorry for the soap box. I haven't vented yet.

Y'all are great though, always will be. I'll check in throughout the season.

You should catch up and get on board! Some have already convinced themselves we are beating UF in Gainesville and looking at a 7-8 win season.

In all seriousness, yes, this is the worst it’s ever been for me as well. I would gladly eat crow if we were to somehow accomplish UF win and be bowl eligible, but I just don’t see it. Sadly.

So we agree that a UF win over UK may lead to them overlooking us. Not sure I buy their talk, but better for us if so.

Anyone watching last week could see it. The team had improved from GA State. They were gassed at the end of the fourth, found a little something during overtime. When second overtime came, they folded. I’ve been a big proponent of JG the last three years. I factored in all the changes he’s been through, as far as coaches. Thought he showed enough heart and grit through all of that to be able to finally shine going into this year. One of the reasons I was glad CJC was hired as OC. I don’t know if the lights will ever come on for him and for that, I’m sad for him. Overall, the bigger picture for this team is fixing QB play. I’m sure they know that on the hill and have a plan.

I would actually bet it was a young college kid, probably Generation Z. They’re the ones who hang out on the Internet all day and find themselves watching some dark videos on the 52nd page of a crazy google search.

Lot of these stunts end up being idealistic Jussie Smollett’s getting “conversations” started. Wouldn’t surprise me if one or more of the miscreants had a mama pack their yarmulke for them.
