Not surprising. Noon kickoff. Coming off two losses in a row, 4 if you count going back to last year. It's Chattanooga. That being said. May be close and a good game. This is where we're at folks.

It’s a great day to go to a game if you don’t normally go because of ticket prices. I have seats as low as $5 on Craigslist.

For years I have seen people complain about ticket prices...well, here’s your chance. Weather looks good...sure it will be a little hot, but hard to get perfection there. Pretty much a guaranteed win, and you should even get to see 2 different QBs against the same defense.

Wear orange, take your family to a great day at Neyland. I just don’t buy that emptying the stadium will do anything positive for the team. These kids chose to come here at least in part because of us. They are trying hard not to let us down, let’s try not to let them down.

Watch the "pretty much a guaranteed win" part...

The lowest attendance of the modern era is 81,719. That was against Akron in Dooley's final season (2012). That was the lowest since the upper bowl was finished in 1996. To find a lower official attendance you have to go all the way back to the end of the Battle era -- 80,336 to see Kentucky beat us 7-0 on senior day in 1976. Saturday could very well be the lowest attendance at Neyland Stadium in 43 years. Sad.

Pruitt is just trying to break some more records this season.

There will be free tix everywhere near the stadium. Ask the policemen that are around. Sometimes people give them tix to give to families, etc.

Too bad my wife bought my USCe tickets before the first 2 games. The savings would have been Yuuuge.

Jesus, $15-20 for UTC tickets! Asking an awful lot to sit in the heat to watch us possibly squeak out a win against a lower-tiered program. If this doesn't smell of desperation to try and fill the seats after the first two games.

My daughter and I got in for free when UT was ranked number 1 in bball vs Fla. I would almost guarantee you can get in for free for this one. Oh by the way; awesome seats too.

Stubhub has them cheaper than $20. I saw some as low as $11 yesterday...

Surprised nobody has started an attendance poll yet. I am no historian but since UT has been keeping Neyland Stadium football attendance statistics since the late 40's I believe the home attendance average has been around 69K. Wonder if we will ever dip below that or possible go for another UT first and shoot for lower? I am thinking we have not hit rock bottom yet.

I'm old enough to remember going to games when Johnny Majors was coach and seeing Alabama tickets laying on the ground 30 minutes before kick off because no one would buy them, either team fans.
