Think you have to at least give them a chance in game. Some players aren’t world beaters in practice but when the lights get bright they are totally different. Either way at this point I think during the UTC game you at least have to let the fans see that they aren’t ready.

All we heard was how bad Dobbs was in practice. Maybe Shrout or Maurer are the same?

RZ is a major issue for sure, on both sides. We've played subpar competition and are still dead last in the league in defensive RZ TD conversions. We've given up 70% TDs in the RZ and only converted 50% ourselves. That's one way you can dominate yards and still lose. If I'm the coaches I'm dedicating a ton of time on how to score from the opponent's 40 and inward and playing defense down there. We are beating teams play for play, but not where it counts!

And that is the point....make believers out of me and the rest of the fans....put the backups in and let us see how dumb we are or are not...........you have to prove it to us....I challenge them to do it

I feel like no matter what we do or how we dominate we will still lose. It’s a cancer, and it sucks.

Coaches don't care what the fans think when it comes to their area of expertise, nor should they. Would be weak if they did.

Yeah yeah yeah! And Dobbs wasn’t ready either. Then he finally got his chance and we wondered why he wasn’t playing sooner. News flash: some guys are just gamers. They shine when the lights come on, not when they are on the practice field in skeleton drills!

JG sucks ass. BENCH him. Can't make the proper reads and makes dumb ass check downs. He is not a leader and holds this team back.

With a competent QB, we would be 2-0.

Pruitt has to start another QB. Don't care who...even JJ would play better and would be a more legit dual threat QB. Definitely could draw up some more play options there. No more sliding short of the 1st down marker. Team would rally around JJ and he is our leader.

I'm still all in with this team but if JP continues to start JG, I'm out on these two clowns.

IMO they are weak for not putting in the backup QB...very timid and weak....what most fans see on the field is the way it is...fans voting in significant numbers to sit the kid....as i said earlier...you cut across the grain and fail then you know whats next..........

I wait until after Florida to open it up. We aren’t winning that game and I’m afraid a Frosh QB will pee on themselves in the swamp. Maurer isn’t gaining anything valuable against Chattanooga that will prepare him for that. So what do you do? Let JG get PTSD I suppose, then make the job open.

So they can pee down their legs against UGA and Bama? I think if you change you do it this week against a lesser opponent.

Okay, here's where I'm at... Chattanooga is a win Saturday. UAB should be also, that's two wins.

MS State isn't looking very good so far.

KY's QB is out for the year and they weren't good anyway. And, they're KY.

Jake Bentley is also out for the year. I get it, Hilinski looked good against CSU but that's CSU. Let's see what he looks like against Bama this week. We can win that game.

Mizzou is going to be the toughest but I trust our defense to play extremely well after the bye week.

Vandy is Vandy and they look really bad so far this year.

If Chaney can get JG going or get one of the back ups going, we can win all of these games. That's 7 games. I'm not saying it happens for sure, but the team we saw last night, with better QB play can beat all of them. That's would be an amazing recovery of this season to win those games or at least 6 of them.

Anyway, bowl isn't out of the question. We have to get better QB play and this season can be salvaged.
